From intent to impact.
Anoby is a small collective of people who’ve spent years inside hospitals, health systems, startups, and scale-ups.
Across our careers, we’ve taken products into the NHS and other public systems, sat on the hospital side of the table deciding what to buy, built and led commercial teams, and designed and deployed health improvement programmes and digital health services. We’ve also spent a long time translating complex ideas into language that clinicians, operators, and decision-makers actually respond to.
We now work together to reduce the delays and missteps that prevent clinically valuable technology from reaching patients — helping organisations avoid the traps we’ve already seen, and move forward faster, with less noise and fewer false starts.
What we believe
-
Most organisations underestimate how hard it is to move from a good idea to safe, repeatable adoption inside a real health system. That gap – between promise and practice – is where we focus our energy.
-
A few well-chosen moves matter more than a long list of tasks. We help teams focus on what will genuinely affect adoption now, and what can wait.
-
If working with advisors feels like a second job, something’s wrong. Our aim is to reduce friction for already-stretched teams, not add to it.
-
We don’t cheerlead weak plans. We’re honest about risk, readiness, and gaps – and then help address them before time, credibility, or clinical trust are lost.
-
We favour short, defined engagements that leave organisations stronger and more capable on their own. We’re not trying to become a permanent outsourced team.

Kingsley Burton
PARTNERSHIPS
Kingsley has spent much of his career at the intersection of health services, government and innovation. He has led major programmes, secured funding for complex initiatives, and built long-standing relationships across hospitals, agencies and partners. His work focuses on ecosystem fit, partnership routes, and aligning Anoby’s work with how systems actually operate. -

Thomas Ims
COMMERCIAL STRATEGY
Thomas is a commercial leader with experience across Norway, the UK and Australia. He has led early go-to-market efforts, built pipelines from zero, and supported companies operating in complex, regulated environments, including digital health. His focus is helping teams understand how their proposition lands in real health systems, and what genuinely has to be true for adoption to succeed. -

Tim Sarchet
PRODUCT & INVESTMENT
Tim has spent 20+ years building products, businesses and high-performing teams across EdTech and enterprise technology in the UK, US and China. He has worked both inside startups and alongside large corporates, bringing a practical, grounded view of what it takes to move from early traction to sustainable delivery. He helps teams translate strong products into scalable propositions that hold up in real-world systems. -

Graham Forbes
BRAND COMMUNICATIONS
Graham works with health-focused organisations to turn complex offers into clear, human narratives. He helps founders and leadership teams articulate what they do, why it matters, and how it aligns with the priorities of real-world decision-makers. For Anoby clients, he focuses on messaging, positioning, and the communication side of commercial readiness.
Alongside the core team, we work closely with a trusted network across the UK with deep experience in NHS engagement, health innovation, and early adoption pathways. This broader perspective helps ensure our work reflects how the system actually operates, not just how it appears from the outside.
